Our olive oil

Olio Qucco is the expression of the two single-variety characteristics of the Iblei Mountains in purity: La Verdese and La Moresca. Our olives mostly belong to centuries-old trees, which grow at about 600 meters above sea level in the Frigintini area.

Bottiglia olio Qucco

Qucco oil Verdese

Bitter and spicy in balance with each other are certainly the two main characteristics of this monocultivar. Our Verdese extra virgin olive oil has a harmonious scent, a medium intensity fruitiness and an emerald green color that lasts for a long time due to the excellent presence of phenolic substances. When tasted, the hints of almond, tomato and artichoke are very delicate.
